Schaltbau expands global presence with opening of sales office in South Korea
Schaltbau, a leading developer and manufacturer of electromechanical components, is proud to announce the opening of a sales office and legal entity in South Korea, marking a further step in the company’s internationalization and growth strategy.
Korea is one of the world’s fastest growing economies and is recognized as an innovation leader. So far, we have successfully served the needs of Korean customers from our Asia-Pacific sales hub in Hongkong and tripled our turnover in just two years. On this basis, and to be even closer to existing customers and gain better access to new customers, we have decided to establish a sales office in South Korea
Located in Gyeonggi-do, the Korean team will facilitate closer collaboration and strengthen relationships with local businesses, as well as enhance Schaltbau’s ability to adapt to the unique demands of the South Korean market. Target markets are Energy applications (Charging Infrastructure, Energy Storage & Generation), eMobility applications (Electric Vehicles, Electric Bikes, Electric Vessels) and our legacy business in Railway (Master Controller, Traction System, Door Systems).
